On Saturday 18 October 2014, Ambiton staff members embarked on phase 1 of a journey to uplift and improve facilities at Sinethemba Crèche (“Hope for tomorrow”), an affiliate of the Power of Unit Fellowship of Christ Community Church in Walmer Township – which supports a total of 142 children on a daily basis.
Our vision with this project is not only to create a safe and carefree environment, but also to educate and give these children hope for tomorrow.
All Ambiton staff members were challenged to raise funds and find sponsors to support phase 1 of this long term project.
We also involved companies from our community and our Service providers. We believe that by involving the community we enable more people to contribute towards making a difference in these children’s lives, and that as a result this project could be an even greater success.
The Ambiton Team - together with some of our co-sponsors, jumped in and renovated, repaired, beautified, and improved the facilities at the crèche.
Our vision for 2015 is to start with phase 2 of this project and rebuild the entire school and church.
