Teambuilding 2015 – Boeresport

In order for any company to be successful it is necessary for its employees to use their individual skills and collaborate with one another in order to achieve a common goal. At Ambiton we aim to deliver a superior and all-inclusive client service, and in order to make this happen, teamwork is crucial.

This year we decided to restore old childhood memories and compete in a series of good old-fashioned boeresport activities. Physical and creative skills were put to test with employees needing to come up with their own group name, flag and ‘war-cry’ as well as compete in events such as an egg and spoon race, 3 legged races, Sack Races, ‘kruiwastoot’, and various other favourites.

The day was a big success as it was not only good for morale, but also helped us relax and reinforced important lessons relating to communication, cooperation, problem solving, resilience and trust.
